Across all small group classes, you’ll find it easy to build endurance and burn a lot of calories. Our equipment includes WaterRowers, SkiErgs, and Schwinn bikes. Perhaps some hill repeats nearby?!
Strength is about balance, metaphorically and sometimes quite literally.
When every muscle is conditioned properly, every part of your body can feel and perform at its best.
With a whole array of equipment from SkiErgs to kettlebells, you’ll receive full body strength-based exercises via small group classes and Personal Training.
Nutrition is also about balance. Oreos – fine – but in moderation!
Your trainers are well-versed in nutrition and will constantly provide recommendations on how you can eat cleaner and better improve your fitness after every session.
The missing link! Without intentional recovery your hard work will go to waste.
Every session ends with a stretch and cool down and we will make recommendations on how to recover post-workout.
Your recovery equipment includes an available infrared sauna, Hypervolt massagers, and foam rollers.
Cardio-focused class, bringing our heart rates up and down.
You'll spend time on the bike & the water rower, moving between aerobic and anaerobic work, before heading to the back studio for HIIT work
Full body workout.
Always cardio, upper body, core, and lower body work.
Go as hard as you can, trying 8-12 different exercises.
1/2 cardio, 1/2 strength bootcamp with an All Around twist:
1:1 coaching on technique and assisting with modifications.
Nonstop cardio work for 30 minutes, in aerobic and anaerobic zones.
Keep up and push yourself and you will burn 300-400+ calories.
